As a therapist who is also a former collegiate athlete and coach, I understand the unique pressures of stressful environments and the challenges of growing beyond them, including major life events like traumatic brain injuries, trauma, and relationships failing.
You might be navigating the highs and lows of school, careers, relationships, competition, recovering from an injury, or figuring out who you are beyond all your responsibilities - I will be here to support you through all of it. I work with high school & college students, coaches, athletes, and professionals from all walks of life interested in achieving their goals and improving their mental health. My background in coaching also gives me insight into the mental, emotional, and physical demands placed on high achievers of all kinds, including teens and young adults. I am also approved to be an in-school mental health provider by Lincoln Public Schools and have extensive experience navigating the pressures of high school, college, and graduate studies and athletics.
